What are your garments made of? Every CMD&C piece is cut from a minimum 460GSM Portuguese organic French Terry cotton resulting in a comforting heavier-weight feel, longer-staple cotton chosen for drape and durability, built to hold its shape and get better with age, not wear out.

How do your pieces fit — what size should I order? CMD&C runs true to size with a fit designed for layering and creating a relaxed silhouette. Full body measurements and garment dimensions for every style are listed on each product page.

What are your ethical and sourcing standards? We source organic cotton and manage production from Portugal with an emphasis on quality over volume, working with partners who meet our standards for fabric integrity, craftsmanship, and sustainability

How do I care for my CMD&C pieces? To preserve the weight, color, and shape of the fabric: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on graphics. Do not dry clean.

Will this item be restocked? No. CMD&C operates on limited, one-time runs — once a drop sells out, it does not return. Scarcity isn't a marketing tactic here; it's the editorial premise. Each collection is treated as an archive, not an inventory line.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay .

Do you offer payment installments? Yes, via Shop Pay Installments you split your order into interest-free payments at checkout.

What currency are prices listed in? All prices are listed in USD.

Do your prices include duties and taxes? Duties and taxes, including the Trump Tariff are calculated and included at checkout for eligible countries — what you see at checkout is the total cost, no surprise fees on delivery.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

How long does processing and delivery take? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 5-10 days for products to arrive in-house. Delivery times vary by destination:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Please note: because CMD&C runs limited productions, some items may ship on a slightly delayed timeline during high-demand drops. We'll always communicate delays via email.

How long do refunds take? We don't accept refunds.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? Because each CMD&C drop is produced in limited, one-time quantities, all sales are final. Given our limited-run production model, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective."

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? Contact us at owner@cmdc.shop within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do you accept exchanges? Given no-restock model, exchanges may only be possible for a different size in current stock, if available
